Responsibilities:
Your role will be to provide an efficient window cleaning service which includes:
Clean and maintain interior and exterior windows and frames as directed.
Customer inquiries from both internal and external customers.
General awareness of the condition of the building and reporting of any problems.
Comprehensive record keeping to ensure services are provided in accordance with service charges.
This position requires close communication with residents. You may work alongside colleagues from other teams (including Housing, Contact Centre, Asset Management and Commercial) to ensure efficient service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- You will have experience using manual water column systems.
— You will have experience working with Pad and Blade equipment.
- You must have a full, clean, valid UK driving licence.
You will have strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with a wide range of issues and circumstances involving clients, teams, colleagues and other stakeholders.
Ability to work at height using stepladders and ladders.
