Responsibilities :
Your role will be to provide an effective window cleaning service that includes:

1. Cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior windows and frames as directed.
2. Client inquiries from both internal and external clients.
3. General awareness of the condition of the building and communication of any problems.
4. Comprehensive record keeping to ensure that services are provided in accordance with the service charge.
5. This post requires a close connection with the residents. You can work with colleagues from other teams (including Housing, Contact Center, Asset Management, and Sales) to ensure efficient service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- You will have experience using manual water column systems.
- You will have experience with Pad and Blade techniques.
You must have a full, clean, valid UK driving licence.
You will have good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide range of issues and circumstances related to clients, team, colleagues and other stakeholders.
Ability to work at height using ladders and ladders.
