A new recruitment for 2023 has started in an extensive hotel chain across Britain!
Position: Receptionist
This person is the guest's first contact with the property and greets guests, accepts reservations, and ensures guest check-in.

1. Greeting guests: The receptionist must learn to greet guests in a polite and formal way. He must adhere to the rules of etiquette to ensure the highest degree of professionalism.
2. Registration of guests: the receptionist must offer guests a control card and register guests in the hotel system. He must be attentive to the personal data of the guests and ensure that they remain confidential.
3. Providing information: the receptionist must provide guests with information about the hotel and the services that are provided. He must also answer calls and ensure that guests receive all the information they need.
4. Scheduling: The front desk clerk must develop the next day's work schedule, including assigning other employees to work.
5. Working with reports: the receptionist must keep records of incoming and outgoing guests, registration cards, hotel occupancy levels and other relevant documents.

Salary: depends on the skills and the chosen work schedule. Average: 2000-2500 dollars / month
