Farm workers and harvest in England
If quarantine is introduced, you are also guaranteed to travel without problems!
Requirements:
- knowledge of the language is not required;
- no violations of the passport regime with the EU;
- absence of refusals in the visa to England;
- responsibility and endurance.
Responsibilities:
- collecting seasonal products in greenhouses and fields (strawberries and other berries, mushrooms, salads, asparagus, fruits and vegetables);
- packaging of collected products on tape in industrial warehouses of agricultural enterprises).
Salary:
- Salary and other conditions (3000 EUR/month):
- £10.50 (GBP, £14+) per hour/net into bank account or check. Overtime (hours above the norm), as a rule, + 50% to the rate. wages are paid weekly;
Housing:
- accommodation is provided by the employer in houses with all amenities inside.
Living conditions are excellent! The cost of living is 30-40 pounds per week; living and working conditions are controlled by a separate special body;
Work schedule: 5 - 6 days a week, 10 - 12 hours a day, depends on weather, seasonality, etc.; working hours are specified in the contract, which is signed by the candidate and the employer; a week they work 50 - 57 hours, every hour over - this is processing ( + 50% ).
Meals at your own expense, which is up to £ 30 per week;
The employer provides a free weekly trip to purchase groceries; the employer provides feedback and recommendations for further employment.
