Position: Cleaning worker
The cleaning officer is responsible for keeping the hotel clean and tidy, so the main responsibilities of a cleaning lady include:
- Housekeeping: A cleaning officer must clean the rooms according to the schedule provided by the hotel. She ensures that all corners of the room are cleaned, the bed is changed and rubbish is collected.
- Ensuring cleanliness in other areas of the hotel: The cleaning lady must clean other areas of the hotel, such as corridors, lobbies, elevators, stairwells and bathrooms. It ensures that all these areas are clean and decent.
- Loading and unloading washing machines: The cleaning lady must ensure that bedding, towels and other hotel textiles are loaded and unloaded from washing machines on time and in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Stock reduction: The cleaning lady must ensure that the hotel has sufficient stocks of detergents and other cleaning supplies.
- Quality Control: The cleaner must ensure that each room is clean and inviting after cleaning, and that there are no odors or other unpleasant odors.
- Dealing with inquiries and complaints: The cleaning lady should deal with inquiries and complaints from guests, pointing out to them what problems can be solved and ensuring that guest requests are carried out to a high standard.
- Cooperation with hotel storage: The cleaning lady should cooperate with hotel storage for support

Schedule: 5/2 to 8+ hours
Salary: depends on the skills and the chosen work schedule. Average: 2000-2500 dollars / month
