Drying Drum
According to the process concept, the drying drum is an essential component for asphalt concrete production. It ensures the removal of moisture from the raw material, thereby ensuring its effective bonding with bitumen.

Mixer
The mixer is the core component of an asphalt mixing plant. It is here that the minerals are intensively mixed with the binder and aggregates to produce a homogeneous finished mixture. The mixing cycle, including loading and emptying, lasts 45 seconds.

The mixer is constructed using only high-quality materials. This is complemented by optimal wear protection, ensuring a long service life and a smooth process.

Screening
All mobile asphalt mixing plants are equipped with a five-layer screen as standard. This makes it easy to meet standards and formulation requirements in various countries around the world.

Dust Collection System
