The plant is designed to produce 200-250 t/h of road mix with a finished product initial moisture content of 4% under the following standard conditions:

Aggregate inlet temperature to dryer greater than 10ºC

• Average feed aggregate density 1,650 kg/m3
• Liquid fuel No. 6 calorific value ≥ 9,200 kCal/kg
• Liquid fuel No. 4 calorific value ≥ 9,700 kCal/kg
• Diesel fuel calorific value ≥ 10,200 kcal/kg
• Natural gas calorific value ≥ 7,600 kcal/kg
• Hot aggregate temperature rise 160 K
• Residual moisture content in the mix 0.3%
• Max. Unit size: 40 mm
• 3 mm material flow screen: 35%
• 80 m material flow screen: 8%
• Total specific heat capacity: 0.21 kcal/kgºC
