T-60 concrete mixing plant, 40-60 m³/h capacity.

3 aggregate bins.

Each bin has a 20 m³ capacity, with the option to increase capacity by extending the sides.

1500/300 kg batching system, weighing sensors. The aggregate conveyor is located under the bins and is 11,000 mm long and 800 mm wide.

Aggregate is supplied by opening the bins' pneumatic valves.

Binding system.

Aggregates are delivered from storage areas to a 1900-liter bin.

Sicoma planetary mixer, 1875/1250 liters.

The concrete mixing equipment package includes a planetary mixer and a bin, both mounted on a dedicated support platform. The mixer is mounted on a metal frame with a support platform, which includes a protective guard and a ladder for access to the mixer.

The planetary mixer is driven by a gearbox designed for harsh industrial environments. The mixing system is designed in a star-shaped configuration with three rotating paddles and one external scraper. The mixer paddles are made of a material, and the mixer itself is coated with a wear-resistant material. Paddles made of wear-resistant rubber are also available.

A planetary mixer or a twin-shaft horizontal mixer can be supplied upon customer request. Cement collection container.

A 750 kg cement container is located above the mixer.

Water supply.
The concrete plant has a galvanized water supply system with a capacity of 350 liters per minute.
Water is supplied from the central city water supply at a pressure of 5 liters per second.
A water purification and recycling system can be installed upon request.

Two chemical admixture pumps.
Each pump has a lifting capacity of 25 kg.

Siemens desktop computer. The PC system automatically controls all concrete mixing processes. It produces over 1,000 concrete mixes. A Windows desktop computer can be installed upon request.
It is equipped with multiple security systems. A video surveillance system can be installed upon request. CCTV cameras display everything on the computer monitor.

Plant control cabin.

An isolated cabin-office with a computer and electrical panel. Dimensions: 4 x 2.5 x 2.5 m.

Air conditioning or heating can be installed upon request.

Vibrators with a lifting capacity of 200 kg.

Three vibrators are installed in aggregate storage facilities and cement silos.

Summer and winter installation options are available.

All wear parts are made of durable materials and can be replaced individually if necessary, significantly reducing production costs.
