The SUMAB T 15 is a prefabricated concrete mixing plant, ideal for construction and/or building materials companies that value not only high productivity but, above all, high-quality concrete.
The plant has a capacity of 15 m³/h.
• 3 aggregate bins, 8 m³ each.
• A 500/330-liter planetary mixer with a skip feed system is mounted on a platform with 4 metal supports.
An automatic system for cleaning the mixer with water after mixing.
Above the mixer is a 200-liter cement accumulator with a vibrator.
• An inert conveyor is located beneath the bins.
Length 10 meters, width 800 mm.
Inert mix dosing is performed by Siemens sensors. Sensor load capacity is 2000 kg.
Inert mix delivery capacity is at least 120 m³ per hour.
• 270-liter, 4 kW air compressor.
• Siemens automatic plant control system. Over 100 concrete recipes. Plant control is provided from a container office, equipped with a control panel and a computer with printer.
• Compressor for controlling automatic hydraulic valves.
Skip system.
Aggregates are transferred from storage areas to a 500-liter skip.
Sicoma 500/330-liter planetary mixer.
The concrete mixing equipment package includes a planetary mixer and skip, both located on a special support platform.
The mixer is mounted on a frame made of metal profiles with a support platform. The planetary mixer is driven by a gearbox adapted for operation in harsh industrial conditions.
The mixing system is designed as a star with three rotating blades and one external scraper. The mixer blades are made of metal, and the mixer itself is coated with a wear-resistant material. Water is supplied to the mixer through external parts using insert nozzles.
Special rubber doors are installed for inspection of the mixer.
A manual hydraulic pump allows the doors to be opened in the event of a power outage.
The required proportions of aggregates are fed into the mixer via a hopper, which loads them from a dosing device. The hopper is then raised by a geared motor along a metal cable to the mixer.
Mechanical and electromechanical safety devices prevent the hopper from falling if the cable breaks. The paddle arrangement allows all parts of the mixer to be covered, ensuring high-quality concrete that meets international standards.
A hydraulic concrete sampling system can be installed upon customer request.
The mixer has two drives with three paddles each. A planetary mixer or a horizontal twin-shaft mixer can be supplied upon customer request.
Cement storage tank. A 200 kg cement tank is located above the mixer.
Siemens desktop computer. The PC system automates the entire concrete mixing process and can handle over 1,000 concrete recipes. A desktop Windows PC is installed upon customer request and features multiple security systems.
A video surveillance system can be installed upon customer request. The cameras display all activity on the computer monitor.
