Description
The device is designed for dosing liquids with lower and higher viscosity in volumes from 300 ml to 2,500 ml.
The filler works in two modes - manual and automatic.
During manual filling, where after setting the dose is dispensed using the foojam filling machinet pedal or the device allows the setting of the automatic mode - then the dose works continuously depending on the movement of the piston.
Such an automatic device is recommended if there is an integrated belt conveyor under the filler.
The device includes a hopper for product loading with a volume of 26 L - the volume of dose is controlled by two electromagnetic sensors. The sensors sense the position of the piston.
Suitable for products with higher viscosity:
