A modern Siemens computer system allows for the production of 20 concrete formulas and grades.

It is possible to print out each finished batch in kilograms and percentages, simplifying the monitoring of aggregates and cement during concrete preparation.

1. Fully automated mobile concrete plant, with a capacity of 5-9 m³ per hour (depending on the concrete grade: wet or dry). Located on a container frame. Can be transported on a trailer at a speed of 40 km/h.
2. Aggregate bins, 2 x 1.1 m³
3. Aggregate weighing sensors. Located under the pan mixer. Dosing accuracy: 100 g. Siemens, Germany.
4. Conveyor for feeding aggregates from the bins to the mixer, incl. Electric motor

Light-touch screen for Siemens PC automatic plant control. 20 concrete grades with the ability to change the grade before each batch.
