A representative of the Swedish company "Scandinavian & UK Machines AB" (SUMAB) invites you to learn about equipment for the production of concrete and concrete products, including mobile and stationary concrete plants, and vibratory presses for the production of paving slabs and curbs.

The Sumab F-2200 mobile concrete plant is designed for the production of high-quality concrete and concrete mixes, with a capacity of 40-60 m³ per hour. The exact plant performance depends on the type and grade of concrete produced, as well as the aggregates, cement, and amount of chemical additives used in the production process.

The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a user-friendly control cabin and an automatic plant control system. The modern Icon computer system allows for the production of 25 concrete formulas and grades. Each finished batch can be printed in kilograms and percentages, preventing the theft of aggregates or cement during concrete mixing.

The basic plant configuration includes the following components:

1. Fully automated mobile concrete plant, with a capacity of 40-60 m³ per hour. Located on a container frame.

2. Aggregate bins, 4 x 3.8 m³

3. Aggregate weighing sensors, located under the planetary mixer.

Dosing accuracy: +/- 100 g. Siemens, Germany.

4. Aggregate conveyor, including a 4.5 kW electric motor, located under the bins.

5. 1500/1000 liter pan mixer, coated with a 12 mm layer of special wear-resistant Hardox steel.

5 quick-release paddles with fiberglass tips. Automatically opening ready-mix concrete feed flap.

6. Galvanized water tank, 500 liters, with a built-in Danfoss pump and water dispenser.

7. Mobile concrete plant control panel.

Manual control keypad.

Light-touch screen for Siemens PC automatic plant control.

50 concrete grades with the ability to change the concrete grade before each batch. Printer with ready-mix data in kg and %. Indicators per batch, hour, shift, and month.

8. Chemical admixture pump with hose, automatically controlled by the PC.

9. High-pressure compressor, 160 BAR, for cleaning the concrete plant.

10. Air compressor, 10 BAR.

12-month warranty.
