The Sumab LT 1200 mobile concrete plant is designed for the production of high-quality concrete and concrete mixtures, with a capacity of up to 40 m³ per hour.
It is mounted on a 2-axle chassis.
The exact performance of the plant depends on the type and grade of concrete produced, as well as the aggregates, cement, and amount of chemical additives used.
The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a user-friendly automatic plant control system.
The modern Icon computer system allows for the production of 50 concrete formulas and grades. It is possible to print out each finished batch in kilograms and percentages, preventing the theft of aggregates or cement during concrete mixing.
The basic plant configuration includes the following components:
1. Fully automated mobile concrete plant, with a capacity of up to 40 m³ per hour. Mounted on a chassis with wheels (2 axles).
2. Aggregate bins.
3. Aggregate weighing sensors. Located under the planetary mixer. Dosing accuracy
