CTS equipment, 2-5 tons per shift, for producing biodiesel from used frying oils (sunflower, rapeseed, cottonseed, coconut, etc.).
Unlike companies producing biodiesel production equipment based on outdated, "barrel" technologies from the last century, our company utilizes the principle of high-frequency magnetic pulse cavitation, a technology previously used in classified technologies, which offers significant advantages:
No requirements for the quality of the feedstock oil; even used frying oil is suitable.
High-frequency magnetic pulse cavitation reactors operate successfully and reliably with both crude and refined oils, as well as all types of animal fats and their blends with vegetable oils. These include sunflower, rapeseed, flaxseed, palm, mustard, and other oils, with virtually any acidity level, as well as waste oils from restaurants and bakeries, beef, pork, and chicken fats—waste from livestock and poultry processing plants.
Single-pass reaction
Magnetic pulse cavitation technology eliminates the need for a second transesterification reaction, as with older "barrel" technologies.
The time it takes to produce finished biodiesel is reduced by 8-10 times.
No need for sorbent cleaning, washing, or drying of the biodiesel.
Minimal amounts of alcohol and catalyst. No alcohol recovery.
Cavitation processing eliminates the need to heat the oil, resulting in energy savings of 5-7 times.
Low-temperature reaction at room temperature. Magnetic pulse high-frequency cavitation treatment in the reactor occurs at the molecular level. All components are exposed to pulses of magnetically directed cavitation.
The minimum module dimensions are 5-10 times smaller than traditional systems of similar capacity.
Biodiesel from used frying oil.
