CTS equipment for producing biodiesel from any vegetable oil.
Unlike companies producing biodiesel production equipment based on outdated, "barrel" technologies from the last century, our company utilizes the principle of high-frequency magnetic pulse cavitation, a technology previously used in classified applications, offering significant advantages:
Undemanding feedstock oil quality
High-frequency magnetic pulse cavitation reactors operate successfully and reliably with both crude and refined oils, as well as all types of animal fats and their blends with vegetable oils. These include sunflower, rapeseed, flaxseed, palm, mustard, and other oils, with virtually any acidity level, as well as waste oils from restaurants and bakeries, beef, pork, and chicken fats – waste from livestock and poultry processing plants.
Single-pass reaction
Magnetic pulse cavitation technology eliminates the need for a second transesterification reaction, as with older "barrel" technologies.
The time it takes to produce finished biodiesel is reduced by 8-10 times.
No sorbent cleaning, washing, or drying of the biodiesel is required.
Minimal amounts of alcohol and catalyst are used. No alcohol recovery.
Cavitation treatment eliminates the need for heating the oil, resulting in energy savings of 5-7 times.
Low-temperature reaction at room temperature.
High-frequency magnetic pulse cavitation treatment in the reactor occurs at the molecular level. All components are exposed to magnetically directed cavitation pulses.
The minimum module dimensions are 5-10 times smaller than traditional systems of similar capacity.
